Fifth on the list is The Dark king, Rayleigh. We saw his speed at Sabaody Archipelago. He went toe to toe with Kizaru and was able to keep up with him, which is rarely seen. Even Sentomaru was amazed when he saw them fight.
4. Gear Fourth Luffy
Fourth on the list is Luffy in his Gear Fourth form. He is extremely fast when he is in this form. Doflamingo was not able to do ANYTHING to him. Who would’ve guessed the big ball of rubber would kick Doffy’s ass. Gear 4th granted him several times more speed than Gear 2nd.
3. Bartholomew Kuma
Third on our list is Bartholomew Kuma. Kuma, the humongous bear? Yep.
Kuma’s fruit allows him to send objects at very high, but unknown speeds. Though the speed is unknown, it is said to be instantaneous. He was able to intervene between Raleigh and Kizaru at extremely high speed,
which seemed as though he appeared from nowhere.
2. Enel
Second on the list is Enel, he was the former God of Skypiea. He possesses Goro Goro no Mi, which allows him to turns his body into Lightning, so it’s pretty obvious that he can travel at the speed of Lightning, as we have seen in the Skypiea arc, which also makes him one of the fastest characters in One Piece.
1. Kizaru
Topping our list of the Fastest Characters is Marine Admiral Kizaru who he ate the Pika Pika no Mi, which allows him to change his body into light. With his Devil Fruit he can travel at the speed of light and is the fastest character in One Piece world. He has shown his tremendous speed at Sabaody Archipelago and Marineford.
